The following is the disclaimer written by me for my very own webpage.


1)  If you feel it necessary to copy one of these poems for your own use (what the hell is wrong with you?) I ask that you please contact me before you do so.

2)  Some of the poems on these pages are not mine. I have a few taht I deemed so worthy that I had to put them up. Thing is...I won't ever tell you which one's are mine (most likely the actually well written ones). This is why I ask you to contact me before you copy them. And hey, maybe I'll tell you if it's mine or not :)

3)  None of these poems or prose works are for sale nor are they availabe for commercial use. They are mine and I don't want anyone claiming them as tehir own. This is not hypocritical to what I do because I never said that any of these were my original works. Some of them are, but some aren't. Don't ya just love a little mindfuck?

4)  I accept all feedback on my work. Be it a helpful critique or a hateful message of destruction. I take it all. However, I don't have to like it. So expect any number of replies from me...i tend to run hot and cold. You should probably hope you catch me on a good day.

5)  Have fun! Don't just read them because you feel you have to or you're looking to criticize them. Experience the images and the words...limited though they may be. I may not be much of a writer but I do my best to be in the story when I write it, so you should try and be in the story when you read it.
